Insight For Dads
Through our dad group, you will become more equipped to handle fatherhood, and become a better man for yourself and your baby. We cover topics such as authentic masculinity, managing anger and navigating relationships, all while sharing a meal and diving into friendships with other dads. In addition to our 10 week dad group, we also offer resources for medical and legal concerns, as well as individual ongoing support. You can participate with or without your partner.
Being a parent can be hard work, and we want to continue to support and coach you beyond the 10-week course. After completion of the dads group, we extend individual coaching sessions for you to get resources that will help you succeed. These appointments are a great time for you to dive into questions you may have about navigating fatherhood. As always, these sessions are free of charge and completely confidential.
Supporting Your Partner
Just like you, your partner is going through a lot in her transition into motherhood. Continuing to support her will benefit everyone involved, especially your child. Ensure that she knows you are both on the same team, and remind her that she is strong, supported, respected and heard.
Helping your partner through this transition will set you both up for success, and ultimately create a welcoming environment for your baby to grow up in. Remember that no act is too small in helping her out. Ask her what she needs and be willing to do it. Whether it’s something small like changing a diaper, or a bigger task like painting a nursery, anything that you can do to help your partner will also benefit your baby.
It is also important that you are able and willing to take some of the mental load off of her. By continuing to stay informed through classes and research, you are able to make parenting decisions that will help your baby. Then when it comes time to make a big decision about your child, you will already know your options.

10 Week Group Support For Dads
Join fellow dads going through similar situations as you for two hours weekly for 10 weeks. Many of the topics we cover include:

- Dealing with anger
- Knowing yourself
- Sex, love, and relationships
- Power and control
- Stress, alcohol, and work
